I friggin love this thing its versatility is amazing and really easy to assemble 10 out of 10 for the performance and value for the money.

Perhaps there was a mixup with the seller or at the warehouse, but the pressure washer I received did not match the product description, and the quality control was lacking. (Seller was Beautycitys, fulfilled by Amazon)Claim: brushless motor at 30,000 RPM. Taking a look inside the case, there are only two wires going into the motor, and no electronic control circuit. The motor itself is a brushed 21 volt DC motor with a max 20,500 RPM.Claim: 24 volts. I charged the batteries until the charge indicator turned green, and measured voltages of 20.58 and 20.52. The included charger has a rated output of 21V 1A. Measured to be 20.98; close enough. Some simple math suggests that the battery packs should be rated at 18 or 19 volts: (2 parallel strings of 5 series cells * 3.7 volts = 18.5)Claim: 870 PSI. I have no way to quantitatively measure this. But compared to another electric pressure washer, it doesn’t look like anything close to the advertised 870 PSI.Quality Control: look closely at one of the batteries, and you’ll see a white wire across the battery contacts. If you were to insert that battery into the tool, you would sever that wire. The battery manufacturer should have done a better job inspecting their products.Build quality: it’s all plastic. Don’t expect it to last long. Don’t expect it to survive being dropped. The water supply quick fittings are all plastic, and do not snap together securely.I really wanted to like this pressure washer. It’s compact and cordless. It fits neatly into a hard plastic case. The advertised specs are great. The price is 30% less than Ryobi’s cordless brushed model and a third of Ryobi’s corded brushless model.But it was all too good to be true.If the motor had actually been brushless and the delivered pressure was better, I could have overlooked the other issues.

Me sorprendio muy util si no se tiene agua potable tiene sufisiente presion para lavar un auto se ahora mucha agua tambien muy satisfecho por el precio

Extremely difficult to prime, spray barely works, batteries run down quickly. Might be all right for small jobs, but do not recommend.

Bought this as we live in a condo and don't have access to use a regular pressure washer. Bought this as it seemed compact and good for our small patio. After charging up the batteries and getting everything set up, nothing worked. Tried troubleshooting and nothing worked. The gun would not suck up any water to spray out. May have just been a one off dud but I won't be finding out.

Seller send false item. Not working and only one battery send which payment for two batteries.

It’s showing 2 batteries but received only one Batteries and another thing is that it’s not working till 1 car is washing batteries is getting low. Front multi function nozzle is also not therein the box. Box is also in broken.
