Worst
Strong smell even caused headache for me ...don't know how babies will tolerate... definitely not fit for babies....

Works really well, light scented naturally
I have both the Matte baby diaper rash cream and the baby powder. Love them both, they work well together to keep baby bottom clean, dry and clear. Only lightly scented naturally.

Lotion rather than a cream
The formulation is quite wet and not the thick cream/ointment texture I expected. It's easy to apply and sinks into the skin fairly quickly. Since it's quite liquidy you don't need very much. However for rashes I normally use a zinc paste that's thick and provides some occlusion to aid healing which I feel this product misses out on due to its texture. Overall I like it but I end up using a zinc paste over the top for that occlusive layer.

Gentle & Clean
A nice diaper cream that is good for regular use. Feels moisturizing without being too oily or greasy. That way it helps to keep the skin dry when needed without the balmy mess. Leaves skin smooth and fresh. Has a very light pleasant scent. Not in the least bit strong. Barely noticeable. Best for regular use. Can't say that it's the best for more severe cases, but if you keep up with this, you shouldn't get to that stage.The tube doesn't contain a whole lot, so it will go somewhat fast. Only contains 2.36 fluid ounces. Good for keeping in a diaper bag.

Runny not cream like in texture
So even though it's got a number of ingredients within the packaging it does seem to put on like a lotion instead of a cream, that is to say that is runny.I've used it a few times on my 3 month old and have been glad with the results , but wouldn't use it again because of texture.
