Lightweight and sturdy
Being a beginner with oils and acrylics and painting on canvas its really hard to keep a steady hand to paint the details. This super light weight Mahl stick really helps you get precision in your paintings and the fact that it is lightweight really prevents your arms from getting tired too quickly. Extremely well made and very supportive company.

Carbon mahl stick
A well made 2 piece, 33" , mahl stick. Lightweight but firm to rest on while working. I'm used to using an old school dowel mahl stick, but decided to treat myself to this for my birthday.I'm a coach painter/signwriter by trade, (long retired now), and want to pass on those skills to my grandchildren and think this is perfect for them and my aging bones!I think it's quality in design and build and good value for money. It comes in a sturdy box for storage, with the pieces hand wrapped in red paper making it very personal as a gift for artists and signwriters.

An Excellent product
I ordered this as it looked really good and I wasn’t disappointed. Its really lightweight whilst looking indestructible, you could use it all day and it wouldn’t make your arm ache. The wipe clean surface will be handy and the attention to detail is second to none. Cheaper mahl sticks are available but this one looks like it will last a lifetime and wont get tatty and dirty like a wooden version. 100% recommended.

Lightweight
So glad I chose this brand. The quality is amazing. I have arthritis in my hands and needed this to steady the brush for detail work. Would certainly recommend.

this is a brilliant Mahl stick extremely well made lightweight and strong an exceptional tool to have in your studio, it is very well priced cheaper than some of the old mahogany ones and what's more it is entirely made in the UK by an artist so you cannot go wrong. highly recommended.

Old school,new concept.
An old school mahl stick with a modern twist. Made of light weight material to replace my original from 1980. Ideal. This one being made from modern materials is ideal.
