I specifically searched for Indoor Bark Control and this unit came up. The description says Indoor/Outdoor. When the unit came, the box said outdoor use only. In the included instructions, there is a Q & A section and there is a question asking if it can be used indoors and the response was NO, it is for outdoor use only. This contradicts the description advertised and defeats the purpose of why I purchased this. I am not able to use this to control my dog's barking while in the house, which was the sole reason I chose this product.

My daughter used it. One of her dogs will not bark when it’s on, the other dog still barks. I have it and at first one of my dogs would not bark if she was very close to it but still barked when about 25 feet from it. Now she barks right beside it and doesn’t care My other dogs still barked and it never phased them. We have a wood fence and the dog on the other side of the fence never stopped barking.

Really hard to say if it did anything to reduce barking from my neighbor's anxious, insecure dog. It also eats up 9V batteries so buy a box. I set it up in different locations. Hard to see that it had any affect. Your mileage may vary.

I love how this is weatherproof. I noticed a reduction of about 50% in my dogs barking then he got used to it and is not affected by it after about 2 months. Does not work if your trying to stop your neighbors dogs from barking either. More annoying to go out and change the batteries than anything. Would not buy again.

We have a neighbor with a blue heeler that CONSTANTLY BARKS ALL DAY. He leaves him outside when he goes to work (don't get a dog if you're going to treat them like that, or work on training) ANYWAYS... We set this up. Worked amazing, the dog didn't COMPLETELY stop barking but it is SIGNIFICANTLY less. It was almost comical when we first set it up. You could tell he was annoyed by the sound. If you have a constant barker on your hands you will need to replace the batteries more frequently just so you know which is my only gripe.

Not sure this works on German Sheppard’s! My neighbors dog still barks! Thinking he might be deaf..

I bought it for my puppy and she ignored it from the get go. After a few weeks I let a friend have it to see if it would work on there dog and nothing. I would say don’t waste your money.

This item is a FAILURE!!! I followed instructions to the "letter" and it simply does not work!!!It cost way more than necessary, but given my next door dogs were preventing me from stepping into my back yardI took the chance!!! I feel like a fool having fallen for the promises of such an item. Neighbors couldn't control their dogs, called the cops,neighbors are mad, but I can now go into my backyard!!!

I am totally not convinced,as so far my female sheltiestill seems to bark and you can see the light flashing,but she still seems to continue barking.It is a possibilitythat she seems to gradually decrease her barking,butnot really sure it is from this.Maybe there has not beenenough time yet,so will see in another couple weeks.

This really works. Our golden retriever loves the sound of his own voice we've tried training methods from a professional trainer and nothing worked. I refuse to put a bark collar on him but knew we had to try something so I decided to give this a chance. Honestly 2 barks with this on and he barely ever barks outside anymore. I've only ever used it on the minimum setting. This one really works folks!

Used it for about three weeks now. Dog barking decreased at first but is starting again. Batteries are supposed to last 3 months. ?

So far it is working amazing. My dog gets one bark out and then stops. Since we purchased this item she knows it makes a high frequency sound that is uncomfortable when she barks so now sometimes she doesn't even make any noise while going outside and she loves to bark at everything. This is worth it.
