We bought 8 of these lights for the interior of our front yard fence. They fit perfectly on a standard fence post (3.25" wide). We wanted to increase visibility in our large front yard. These lights did the trick. They were easy to install - I installed 8 in under an hour. All you need is a power drill, a tape measurer, a leveler and you're good to go. These lights are solar powered, so you don't have to worry about battery replacement.They put out an adequate amount of light in their automatic setting. When they sense motion, that light intensity gets much brighter. We will likely buy four more to complete the fenceline. This was a great, cost-effective way to bump up our home security. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same.

Super bright lights that are ready to go right out of the box. Simple one screw installation to the edges of my home allows me to have a bright walkway to the pool and back. Thanks to the rechargeable batteries I just install them and forget them. I was surprised at how bright they were and how much area they lit up. Beside motion detection they also have two always on modes. One is bright light always after sundown or, to save power dim light after sundown and then brighter when motion is detected.

Two of the lights work very well and two do not. The two that are bad don't seem to charge nearly as well as the others. They are very near each other and get exactly the same amount of sun, so that's not the issue. I'd like to replace the two that don't work well, but don't want to go to the trouble of replacing all of them.Update: The seller replaced the lights that were not working well and even sent an extra for the trouble. The new lights work fine and I'm very pleased with the great customer service.

Love, love these lights. They let off a soft light without motion and light up the path when the motion is triggered. I have them on the side of the house, so I was worried about sunlight, but so far it has not been a problem. Exactly what I was looking for—- even better, actually!

Our porch faces due south and it will get a full charge every day it's sunny. I wanted the light to be directed downwards so I created a reflector out of some aluminum flashing and that provides indirect illumination to our house number. If the light panel was hinged at the bottom it would have been perfect.

Quite bright when they switch on high, motion sensor does work and switches them from low lever to high level when sensing motion.They look good from a distance but the plastic feels kind of cheap (good thing don't have to handle them except when installing...). Remains to be seen how weatherproof they are...Placed them all in the same spot for testing, there is a 20 min delay between the first one going off on sunset ant the last one (bought eight of them). Also, three of them flicker for a couple of minutes before the light goes solid on - so the light sensor is not very good quality...Don't know yet how long the battery lasts into the night - I'll test next weekend and maybe come back and update the review.

Lights are brighter than expected. Installation was easy. Hardware was included.I had a problem with (1) light not functioning properly. I contacted the seller and Xinree promptly sent me a replacement set.I would purchase again.UPDATE: I recently purchased a 2nd set of these solar lights. All (4) work perfectly and they are super bright!

Six month review here. I had ordered two 4-packs to mount to the side of small wooden plant boxes I had built with the purpose of lighting up natural stone steps that are very uneven. Right from the get go, 2 of them didn't work so they sent me replacements. The 2 replacements worked for about a month and then just quit entirely. The other 6 that are still in use work so-so. Some of them have moisture inside the light cover, one of them has a bulb that doesn't work, one of them constants turns itself bright then dim over and over constantly with no trigger to go bright. 3 of them don't work in the dim function any more, they're off completely until triggered and then go bright for 30 seconds and then back off completely. Not really impressed with this purchase.
