I have been using this product for years. When I’m not able to get to the beauty supply store, I order it on here and this is a good value for your money.

Listen, the reason this is getting such bad reviews is because people are not paying attention to the bottles label. This IS Barbicide HOWEVER, this barbicide has the TB next to it which means it also is formulated to kill Tuberculosis. The reason your combs are melting is because of this addition. This Barbicide is for metal tools only. So stop putting plastic in it. Use the normal Barbicide that does not include Tuberculocidal.

So glad I bought this to This was added on EPA’s 2020 list of disinfect’s re. the Coronavirus and hospitals uses it also. Easy to use.

Melted my scissors! I diluted as recommended. I have been using this same product for 3 year and never once did it melt the plastic handles on my scissors until my last order last month Feb 2019. Very upset. Now I have to replace all my scissors... Then on the metal part of my scissors, it left a funky slime. The other thing I noticed is that is had a funky odor, very toxic odor and when I pour it into my glass bottles and added water, the liquid would turn cloudy. All these things have never happened before in the last 3 years. Maybe I had expired or defected liquid... it was bad.

I don’t know what this is but it’s NOT barbacide. I BEEN USING BARBACIDE FOR MY BUSINESS FOR 25 years. It smells foul too. It leaves a film on everything and started to ear the coating off my tweezers. . It’s awful
