MiClassic, Mac Mini mount with USB3.0 for 2010 and newest Model

Like I said, it holds my mac mini to the desk. The color compared to the Mac mini is off. The only thing that need attention asap is the quality of the usb hub. The power socket on the back is so loose it doesn't make the connection and just falls out. Metal work is good quality but the hub is just stuck on with two sided tape so eventually it will get pushed back after repeated use. Great idea with poor execution.

Simple product with a big shortcoming - the USB ports are not powerful enough to charge phones and tablets. Even though the thing comes with an AC power brick to power the USB ports!Come on already.

Do not buy if you are expecting to use the front ports for anything but data transfer. Tried a Mac usb Super drive...not enough power, Tried a Logitec usb bluetooth keyboard and mousse...not enough power, tried plugging in the iPad.....will not charge. All of these devices work as expected when plugged into the back of my Mac Mini. Save $70 dollars and buy something else.

The USB dock is okay, but it is touchy. The mount is great though.

This mount works exactly as you'd expect it to. I have no complaints about the mount itself, or the powered USB hub. My only complaint is that the screws it came with are VERY malleable. If you're not careful and you're using a power drill, they're extremely easy to strip.

Do not purchase if you use WiFi. This product interferes with wireless network connection to the Mac Mini.

This mount was exactly what I was hoping to find. I needed something that would mount under a desk drawer and have front mounted USB ports. I had looked for something like this for a while and began to think that I would need to build my own! Then I discovered this product and didn't hesitate to purchase it. Everything is great, and it works exactly the way I needed it to. The USB connectors are in the perfect place, its well built, and everything work just fine.

I have a desk with a lip so I needed to add a spacer board. Once installed I have been very pleased. One should take note that the SD card slot is in the back of the Mac Mini so be sure you take that into consideration when installing this device if you expect to use it. I am very pleased with the convenient access to USB ports in front. Great design!
