Products missing top bottle safety caps.
Ordered both the shampoo and conditioner. Both bottles arrived with product spilled all over the plastic wrapping. Once I opened the gooey miss- both top bottle safety caps were missing. Is this product safe to use? Has it been tampered with? I am returning both bottles for full refund.

Not what I expected!
I have always purchased this product from my hairdresser and found it a lower price on Amazon so I purchased it. I was very disappointed because the product must be watered down. It did not perform like the same product I purchased from my hairdresser. I’m wondering if the seller waters down the product or if it’s even the same product very unhappy with it.

Este producto lo he usado anteriormente, pero en esta ocasión en este pedio el shampoo después de unas semanas de uso empecé a sentir olor a Amoniaco y dejé de usarlo obviamente.
