As Expected
This stuff is co cheap and soft. If you’re using it for halogen bulb it might be ok. If you’re using it for LED bulb try the plastic fitting. This stuff is so poorly made and design. It’s not fitting correctly and bends easily.

Compare pictures before you buy!
Doesn’t fit a 2011 VW Jetta TDI. So! I grabbed my needle nose pliers and a grinder and forced it to fit for now. Now my lightbulb is hanging on for dear life until I can get me a new bulb holder!

For 2012 VW Jetta
I purchased these for LED's for my 2012 Jetta, and while the fitment is partially correct, it is very loose around the bulb... it slides up and down which makes *nearly* impossible to install these. It is a headache to install but it can be done - may take a whole day or require the whole light fixture to come out of the car. Rated 4 stars because I don't see much room for design improvement due to the awkward fan shape on the back of the bulb.

These work well
The metal seems to be not as thick and durable as the OG clip, but they do work. I've had them in for 6 mos and they have held up well.

Mitsubishi Outlander 2015
This product did not work for the mitsubishi outlander 2015. The 2015 outlander has a three prong 'push and twist' type locking mechanism. Not a spring clip like most of the other cars I have seen. This will not work for the 2015.

No instructions how to install
Poor quality compared to my OEM Mercedes Benz retainers. Should be made of spring steel. Not sure what it is made of but not steel as when I dropped inside the engine bay, could not use magnet to pick it up. Website for the LED lights that I ordered with it has no instructions that I could find on how to install the retainer and the instructions that came with the lights didn't either. I think I figured out how to install the retainers but they do not allow the LED bulb to be aligned inside the headlight housing as instructed with the LED lights. They seem to be just generic retainers and not specific to my Mercedes Benz model

Fits for headlights on an E320. I used them on Beamtechs H7 leds, for the low beam and now I'm gonna order them again for the high beams.
