I bought this to wear to the ren faire, and I absolutely love it! I typically wear a small, but I bought a medium because the small size was sold out at the time. I figured it would be ok because I want the shirt to close all the way at the sides. It fits exactly as I thought it would. A little bit big in the bust, but not enough to cause a problem. It's made of a nice, stiff fabric that looks a bit like suede and comes with faux leather ties. The collar is *really* high. The front comes about halfway to my knees (I'm 5'7").Also, this arrived almost two weeks before the forecasted arrival date, which is a big relief for me because I need it for next weekend!I would absolutely recommend this item!

This is made of a very thin suede like material with a black fabric on the inside. The v shape at the bottom does lot look it appears in the photo. It is not a straight line forming a triangle, but is more curved and extends too low for my liking. I had to alter the design to make it look right. Also the colar can not possibly stand up like it does in the photo and takes quite a bit of maneuvering to get to look right at all. It works well for a costume piece if your staying indoors, but after spending 4 days at the reeisance faire wearing this over my tunic I'm not likely to wear it again. It is difficult to tie without help and is hard to get off and on. Also it does not breath like leather and left quite sweaty and uncomfortable in both rain and sunny weather. At least it looked good, just not like the photo.

This is a really nicely designed piece. As a costumer, it will become a versatile piece in my costume racks. Use the measurement to determine the correct size, it is adjustable as it laces on the side but you don't want the sizing off to much or it will ruin the fit of the garment. I removed one star for fabric choice. It is thin and a little to synthetic for my happiness. Would have preferred more of a nice linen look for this top

Well the material is not stretchy so your sides maybe exposed. it comes on like a front-back apron and is only held together by string at both your sides. But my issue was this garment is for someone with a long torso because the fabric bunches on the sides. It looks good just if I had a torso it would look amazing!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! What a unique cut. I'm 5'3" 130lb 34DD, round and fit, the SM works for me! Soft fabric with a very Matte look, not any stretch but that helps the collar keep it's shape. Super flattering cut for my Ren Fair costume, very roguish in nature. It's possible the M would also work, since the sides are adjustable. If you're usually a M/L in tops or have a bigger chest/rib cage, then the M might work for you. As it is, I will be showing some skin on the sides, but I think that's sexy. Does not come laced, that part if up to you. It did take a long while to arrive, so plan accordingly.

Not what I had expected snow... But way better than I could have imagined... What it is is the beginning of new suits you can ask this thing with anything you can wear it alone the utility is ENDLESS!?!I won this thing with so many variations you wouldn't believe it if I told you very good build not something that you'd expect it's feels flimsy but then I've gone at it hardcore and it's not leather but I won't lie to you it's almost leather

The piece is nice a little flimsy and also the two of the eyelets dont hold that well but an easy fix and also to others who want a more form fitting shape with out the need of strings get elastic cord and it will form better on the body.

We got the extra large and even my son who wears a medium didn't fit. Either they run EXTREMELY small or they sent the wrong size. There is no tag inside to verify the size.The cut and quality are good and the fabric is comparable to the price.It arrived quickly and before the anticipated date.
