Nice kit built around a good tattoo pen. Battery has limitations, but it runs well.
This is a very decent kit, and would be an excellent choice for a beginner. A pro would find this kit lacking, however. The kit comes in a nice case, and it's built around the tattoo pen (WZPB), that is indeed very nice. It runs smoothly and quietly. I'm not a fan of high polish finishes, but that's simply a personal preference. Althoght the grip area is shaped a bit, it can easily be made fatter with some grip tape and paper towels. It's a nice, relatively fat grip. The battery, like the pen, is red. However, while the pen is high gloss, the battery is satin finished. It goes onto the RCA jack at the top of the pen. Beyond that, the battery has a single button to operate it. To me this is a mistake, and it limits the user to half step adjustment (0.5volt, rather than the more preferable 0.1volt). Additionally, the battery only has a range of 6.0v to 11v.The rest of the kit is fine, as well. There are forty tattoo needle cartridges, a roll of wide grip tape, a small pack of ink caps, a single sheet of tattoo design transfer paper, and finally a single sheet of decent quality tattoo practice skin. There are no latex exam gloves, nor any inks. You'll need to purchase those on your own.A very nice set for a beginner, and it will take you to the next level. The machine should be pleasant to work with. I personally have reservations regarding the battery, but that's just me. From a practical point of view, it's perfectly fine, and certainly better than having to work off an AC setup.A good value. This will get you going.
