The Best Available, I have tried 8 makers
I am sure with different body shapes adult incontinence products vary with how they work. I must say that ABENA Pants, level 3 are by far the best made and work the very best. the waist is exceptionally generous so you can pull them over an undershirt, helping them stay in place. they have excellent absorbency and the cost is reasonable. I use an extra pad ( with a plastic back-made by LivDry for long trips and used with Abena they are excellent for a 6 hour drive easily. Perhaps another brand other than Abena will work better for you but I have tested these products on myself for several years and Abena is the most quality and best performing product of this type. I use Abena Pants XL3.

One of the best
These do hold a lot of liquid. Sadly, they sometimes leak. I use them for a person who is a very heavy wetter and these work the best. They are a bit pricey.

They leak, just like the cheaper ones
They have a little more absorbancy than the depends fit flex but they leak the same, maybe worse. Not worth spending the extra money.

Superb fit and leak protection
Even for overnight and heavy leaks. Only problem is they can be hard to find.

These run small!
Dislike as they say they are compatible to the other ones and they are smaller and more expensive.

Not only prompt, but extremely absorbent!
When I read the holding capacity I thought it was a joke, every "overnight " pull-up holds around 32oz, (in perfect position, lol) there is no way it can hold 70oz! Well, guess what? Mine held over 64oz with no leaks while sleeping (on my back). Will probably subscribe for these.

Absorbent and comfortable
I wasn't able to get these in the highest absorbency, but they were quite good anyway. I will try a higher absorbency when they become available.

Expensive, but great protection
My elderly relative is 100% incontinent. We tried many different protection products. He didn't like the "diaper" style "briefs" with tabs. He wanted pull-ups. But he wasn't able to change them without assistance, so we needed to get super absorbent ones that didn't require as many changes. There were occasional nighttime leaks, which were probably a function of positioning. But for the most part, these were the most absorbent ones we found. They are a little bulkier than some others. He didn't go out much, so these were fine around the house. They are very expensive, but he didn't need to change as often as cheaper brands. It took some research to figure out their naming/numbering system for this brand - it was very off-putting at first. They could use some definite improvements to make it clearer what absorbency and size and style each product is. We relied on the little water drop icons to see what the absorbency is - more drops means more absorbent. And had to learn what name indicates whether it's a pull up or a tab style. And the letters S M L etc show the size.

Comfortable and discrete but not that absorbent.
I have moderate to severe incontinence both day and night due to previous damage. As a female in her 30s it's hard to find something discrete and absorbent so I normally forgo the discrete aspect to some extent to ensure I stay dry. But I was going on a rare girls trip with shared accommodation and although they know, I just wanted something quieter and less bulky so it wasn't so obvious, and to feel normal. These didn't cut the mustard for me. I had an accident in the security queue at the airport and they leaked at the leg guards. Not hugely but I had to sit through a flight with wet jeans (I could change the pullup but not the jeans) which wasn't very pleasant. The first night although I set an alarm for 3hrs after we went to bed knowing I'd be wet by then and needing to change (my tykables last all night but I knew these wouldnt) I woke up after 2hrs with the pull up, my pyjamas and the bed pad I'd used just in case absolutely soaked through. After that I gave up and went back to my nappies. Although they were really comfy and discrete and probably ideal for daytime use for someone who leaks rather than loses bladder control entirely, they just weren't absorbent enough for my needs. 😞

Rethink your packaging strategy
These pull-ups are expensive but the best I have found in looking after my doubly incontinent husband. But why on earth, when the product is already packed in a perfectly sized sturdy box. Is it deemed necessary to pack them again in a very large box with reams of packing paper stuffed in. This massive amount of totally unnecessary packaging is not only ridiculous but a nuisance to dispose of. A rethink is required here I believe

Light duty pull-up diapers at best; be prepared to wear two at a time
I bought these due to chronic diarrhea after having tried Tena Super diapers. The Tena aren't easy to close for a snug fit as it requires fiddling with four tabs (2 on each side) and are a lot like low-rise briefs that are constantly on the verge of falling down. I had to wear a tight pair of high-rise briefs to keep them in place, but they were super thick and absorbant. After some research, I found the Abena Abri-Flex Premium Protective Underwear (pull-up diapers). I was hoping it would have a similar level of thickness as the Tena. Unfortunately, Amazon only sells level 3 in the large size, which aren't thick enough. Be prepared to wear two of them. They do come up higher than the Tena and are snug at the waist, although I don't know if they would fit someone with a larger waist than mine (44). I was going to send them back, but I really dislike the Tena, so I'll try wearing two of these and hope they work.

Very disappointed. Still leaks out the sides and top.
I thought these would be padded all the way around but they are not. If the penis isn't pointed straight down between his legs, the urine pours out all over. Not happy with this VERY expensive purchase at all. Might be great for women as when the urine happens to end up between the legs they absorb really well. Otherwise, I won't be buying these again.
