LOVE this clock. Great timepiece reasonable price and talking point when visitors come. It's so beautiful and fascinating as all cogs move. Gorgeous 😍

The media could not be loaded. I chose the distressed bronze clock. It was very lightweight when it arrived and you need 4 AA batteries to make it work. It looks fabulous and keeps good time. It makes a quiet whirring noise and occasionally, the mechanism gives out a little squeak but I don't mind this at all. It adds to the quirkiness of the piece.

A stylish looking clock for my kitchen wall. The reason I removed a star it does make an intermittant whirling noise, but as it in the kitchen I not to unduly worried.

Brilliant clock a bit overpriced

Looks great. That's the only nice thing I can say about this clock. With brand new alkaline batteries it couldn't 'push' the hands past 20 to 4, ok ...mine was probably a 'dud' and has since been returned, but the quality is woeful. It has one of those super-cheap ubiquitous clock mechanisms you find on almost all cheap manual clocks and the separately powered plastic cogs are noisy enough to distract attention once the room is quiet. The whole clock is super-light and the whole thing just shouts "cheap-plastic-import". Disappointing, and in my opinion the quality was terrible for the £68 paid.

Its a beautiful clock but the cogs are very noisy and use batteries like there is no tomorrow. I've taken the batteries out of the cogs.
