Ordered a replacement but still ended up returning it due to quality issues. Maybe I am just unlucky.I really liked the item, which is why I hope the manufacturers will read this review and make some improvements, so I can buy it in the near future.Honest feedback here:Pros:- it works, which is what I bought it for. I do feel like my core is stronger, and it burned some abdominal fat- easy to use- side pads is definitely a unique feature, and I love it- some EMS products shock too intensely that users seemed to be in pain. This product never caused such problems for me. Shock intensities are tolerable and effective, in my opinionCons:- my first one stopped working properly after a few uses, and the replacement was straight-up defective. For something that costs ~$80, I am expecting it to last for at least two months (which is not a harsh standard)- size too large for someone with medium to small waist sizes. I had to stuff clothes in the back to keep the pads on me. I hope there will be smaller size options based on waist sizes

Hello ordered 3/16/23 and use it from time to time but lately notice it has become less effective unless physically pushing the clip on part into the connector prongs. Like a weaker connection idk how to word it. It isn't working the way it used to but it works fine if you have say duct tape holding it down tighter against the belt... yeah I know.I am unsure if I bought any sort of warranty is this something you'd be able to help me out with ? Cool product and mainly use it while sitting in a gaming chair slightly reclined following directions not to work out in it, sleep in it, etc. I am just unsure why lately the connection is more lose I am the only one who uses the belt.

I was hoping this would be a progression over the original model by adding oblique stimulation and it does BUT at the sacrifice of a good ab work out. The original belt that just focuses on the ab area is a much stronger experience for your abs "which I like" over this one. With that being said the strong stimulation with this newer belt is focused more on the oblique pads which is good but it leaves little to no stimulation on the actual large ab pads. It's kind of a bummer because I was hoping I could retire my old belt from the same manufacturer. My guess is the device isn't strong enough to power all 4 pads....it "looks" identical to the one on my old belt that only has two pads.I now use this belt in conjunction with the old belt so I can work the oblique area and get that strong ab workout the original belt provides.

Ok, I first looked at this because I had kept hearing that I needed to improve my "core" to help with chronic back pain, and I noticed that my stomach was kinda not so trim. I've used TENS in the past, and that was also recommended by my physical therapist. This is like TENS, but slightly different. It makes my muscles contract a little bit, as well as being tingly. Another difference with this is that I don't have to replace batteries, and can just recharge it. Plus it's great just to spray water on it, rather than dealing with the sticky gel that has to be replaced. Since getting it, I've used it both on my back and my belly, every day. It definitely helps with my back pain, and who knows, maybe I will have defined abs, eventually. I just love how easy it is to use, and that makes a world of difference.

This device worked great for 4-5 months until the electro pads on one half stopped working and the other half got really strong. Does a good job toning your abs while it works. Im buying another one of this style belt but not this one. I need a product to at least last 18 months.
