I love it, it's so much more comfortable, and easier to posture myself to sit straight since I do not have to scoot my chair so close to the desk anymore.My only complaint is that the switches underneath which are pressed to fold in the padding, can be accidentally bumped by my chair's armrests (I am 4'11" so I need my chair that high), so I feel that I must be careful not to lean too much on it when that happens (usually it only hits one of the switches, but that makes it unstable and I have to lift it up to re-stabilize it). To be fair, you probably would not even need armrests on your chair if you use this padding on your desk.Still it is definitely worth it if you want to extend your desk and have ultimate forearm/elbow comfort at your computer desk, especially if you are like me and had limited arm space from having so much stuff on the desk or the keyboard/mouse being too close to the edge. Having my elbows propped up on this definitely helps me to remember and more comfortably straighten my posture. You do still need to be conscious of your back posture even with this, but it's way easier and more comfortable to do so.

Solved my arm pain! It suporta quite well your arms.

Sturdy but after sometime it slides off the sticky pads I have to Uninstalled to readjust the sticky pads and re-install.
