First, we bought one to test out its quality and function. It arrived in a good box, everything individually wrapped in cotton bags. Unbelievable. It's top quality for the price. What's more important, they are extremely nice people to do business with. They spared no effort helping us. We needed slightly longer connectors, no problem, they shipped them immediately. We ordered 3 more sets from them. They look beautiful and function well so far. In our experience these people deserved more than 5 stars.

I had to return the first unit I bought because the fitting for the spout leaked. I should have gotten my money back but my wife loved the look so I ordered a replacement. Three months after install the threaded neck on the spout disintegrated and now it's garbage.

Product looks good but it came with a faulty hot water cartridge and my plumber tried to fix it the best he could. Unfortunately it still drips , so one of my sinks I cannot use, have to have the water shut off.

This was far less expensive then other sites I found it on-by a few hundred dollars! The only thing I was disappointed in was that it does not not have the mechanism to plug and unplug the sink. That is a compromise that is well worth the price difference.

Very happy with this. Looks better and have the better price. Only complaint: the hoses that lead from the faucets to the spigot could be more flexible, had to fiddle with positioning quite a bit to reduce kinking.

Loved these and then brought them in oil rubbed bronzed, so I sent them back.

Purchased this item and 3 weeks later it started turning green. Very poor craftsmanship.
