Q: Are the plates made in China?

Thank you so much for your question! All of the silicone plates on the market are made in China, including ours. But choosing the right manufacturer makes a world of difference. I understand the importance of this question so here's a little info if you're interested... Our plates have been rigorously tested and inspected at the manufacturer's facility by our company's own inspectors to ensure the highest quality. They are FDA and LFGB certified, 100% pure food-grade silicone. No fillers, plastics or chemicals added whatsoever! We work closely with a manufacturer in China who understands the importance of non-toxic products for kids and holds their products to the highest standards. Q: I ordered plates with suction on the bottom but didnt get those ones, why does pictures show suction and detail but thats not what i got. Why?

Q: How do you get rid of the smell after using for a few months? Makes the food taste bad.

You can try rubbing it with lemon juice or soaking it in a vinegar / water solution. Sometimes the oils from foods can accumulate on the plate so an acidic solution can help break that down. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our shop if those don’t work!
