The product itself is excellent. It is really comfortable and I now have less aches in my lower back and hip. It's made a huge difference in a very positive way. However, when I received it, it stank. It smelt musty and the smell was enough to wake me during the night when I moved. I have aired it outside on the line for the day twice and the smell is a lot less than it was, but I still have to strip the bed every day to air and leave the window open. If I don't, the smell fills the room and if I don't shut the door, I can smell it downstairs when I come in through the front door. This has been going on for a month and I'm a little fed up with it! Unfortunately, the Memory Foam Warehouse only annoyed me more, as when I contacted them about it, their response showed that they know about the issue (it's due to the length of time the foam company store the foam before sending it to the warehouse to be made into mattress toppers) and say there is nothing to be done except to keep airing it. They have assured me the fumes aren't toxic but that's hardly the point. I feel they should take the necessary measures to ensure that the product they are sending people is as new, not as stored for several months in a stinking warehouse.

this is cheaper version of a memory. I didnt know what to expect but once we got it wasnt point sending it back. I quess for the price this is what you get. I couldnt sleep on it for two weeks because of the strong smell. If you are looking to invest in memory foam go to the bed shop and try what quality would suit you

Bought this topper about a month ago, it arrived within a few days of ordering. We let if get its shape for a couple of days before putting it on the bed. It's very comfortable and we are glad we got it. Only one problem though is the cover is a bit slippery with the sheets on. My husband jiffles a lot in the night, so the sheets end up off the corners.

Came earlier than expected. Very comfortable but the mattress has an odour and I have been using the mattress for about 10 days and still has a strong smell.Saying this I am still happy with the product.

My partner I purchased a bed, that came with a 1500 pocket sprung mattress, which had a lot of undulations was not very comfortable. We aired this memory foam topper for a few days as 2 days was not really enough. After placing it on the bed we both had the best nights sleep, it is really comfortable and the cover stops the mattress from getting too hot. Both of us couldn't recommend it more highly.

I like the product but the cover it comes in makes it move around seem to be constantly remaking the bed as I takes the bottom sheet with it.

Its really good ,Perfect, the delivery was on time.

This was a present for my daughter to soften an old bed. She tells me she has been sleeping well now. We will test it out next week!
