Not full half pint but better really
Smaller than half pint and lighter much easier to hold handle space is wide Much safer for some one with arthritus to hold

The mugs are very nice and my husband was quite happy to get these as a gift. He has been enjoying his cold beer ever since. One of the mugs was broken so only able to use 3 out of the 4.

Glasses as described
Half pint dimple glasses just as described and I'm delighted - what more can I say? To clarify other reviewers who comment that these are 'small' - I found that they contain exactly a half pint filled to the brim. Therefore, they are half pint glasses though not, perhaps, as large as some others that people might have expected. Also, the handles feel thin and the whole glass is quite light - I suspect that they are designed to minimise use of glass and, thereby, keep the price down.

not half a British pint.
Not half a British pint as stated. Just not. Im taking from other reviews its actually a USA 8fl half pint. So, therefore not 285ml as stated - by my measuring its nearer 240ml. Stated capacity is so clearly not true and so easily proved, I can only assume this is an intentional lie.

Too small, it seems?
For half-pint glasses, they seem pretty small. Photo attached, though it seems misleadingly large? Smaller than my fist, clenched. And, I'm not small boned. But, wasting away, a bit.
