Excellent paper

I bought this in place of another variety which the shop didn't have in stock - I wanted a larger size than I had at home. Unfortunately this pad was sealed and the shop had no samples so I had a look online and was seduced by the mention of 'crystals' in the paper which makes it sound like it has a sanded finish. My preferred brand is Pastelmat (I was hoping to try Uart). But the finish on this is more like Mi-Teintes. I will use it, but it's just more of what I already have.It took a wet underpainting but produces more dust than a sanded paper, so I will probably use it for oil pastels.
