Great hook. Don't drop
I got these hooks in a few different sizes. I love pink and this swirl is done really nicely. Each hook is a different swirl and unique. The hook has a nice point on the end to get into tight stitches. The feel is light weight. It grabs the yarn well.Very similar to other more expensive brands on the market and this is a great value and great quality and right in line with those other more expensive hooks.I highly recommend these hooks but please don't drop. One hook came broken before use and had to return and they didn't have the same size to exchange. Also, would not recommend if you are a tight crocheter with cotton yarn as this adds pressure to the hook and can snap, but this also happens with the more expensive comparable hooks so don't let that deter you.

Twice broken upon arrival
Well this is a beautiful coloration of a crochet hook I've ordered it twice both times it came broken in the same place the crochet hook itself broke off so just send it back for a refund I've got their other crochet hooks the larger ones and they arrive fine I'm just wondering if this one is just too delicate to make it here so I won't be getting this size from them. Company has since replaced this hook size. Even tho I received a refund. Great company and I really love their hooks. Very smooth working with the yarns.

Very comfortable & Pretty
Let's face it when you're crocheting you want to look at something pretty and this definitely is pretty! Fits fantastic in my hand. I hold my hand over the crochet hook (like holding a steak knife). I will be purchasing more sizes. It does squeak a bit when sliding through the yarn, I tried 2 types of cotton and acrylic.

Beautiful, functional, economical and comfortable
I really like this hook, it's a beautiful edition to my collection. It's very comfortable, it works well with the yarn, I can crochet quickly with fluidity, and it's such a happy shade of pink! The only thing that I will say is that I think that this 4.5mm hook may actually be more like a 4.75mm, other than that, I think it is a great product! Definitely feels more expensive than what it was!

They are not good
These look very cute and they are semi-comfortable but the hook itself doesn't grab the yarn well and you constantly have to reach back in and redo it and redo it at first I thought it would be nice because of how well the yarn slit on it but to constantly have to try to rehook the yarn onto it is very frustrating and when compared to my just regular old fashioned yarn hooks they don't match the size that they say they are it's like two or three sizes bigger than what they actually are supposed to be so say you have a 4.5 would be like having a six or six and a half it just doesn't do well I wish I wouldn't have missed the window to return these but they suck.

Excellent Dupe for F¥r£$!
I absolutely adore the expensive name brand hooks but I don’t love how much they cost to replace. Last week, I broke two and vowed never to spend mo ey in them again. Searching for a replacement and found a review for these. Ordered one and immediately ordered another once I received it. These hooks are virtually the same in look and feel. They are slightly smaller in circumference around the middle and chunkier at the end, but they glide the same. The photo compares the G and H, but I don’t have the top of either name brand hook anymore! 😆I’ll be sure to update if my opinion changes. Because they are both made from the same/similar material, I expect you will have to use the same caution of making sure not to drop them or apply too much pressure when punching through tight stitches.

Just as amazing as the pricier version
I bought several of these after seeing a review comparing them to the very expensive hooks that I absolutely love but can’t afford. So I gave them a shot. WOW!! Amazing!! They glide so smoothly and don’t catch or split the yarn. The point is perfect for getting into tight stitches. Being resin I’m sure that if you force them too hard they might break, but so far I haven’t had any problems. Will be filling up my hook case with these beautifully designed and colored hooks!!

Too fragile for me
I was so excited to try this crochet hook. It arrived quickly and was so beautiful! I opened it immediately and went to work on a project that was already started using the same size hook in a Susan Bates. Now I think it's worth noting that I've been crocheting for decades. I've used mostly metal hooks with a few plastic ones here and there, and I've never had this happen before!I know different brands of hooks might be inconsistent with the stitch tension and size and this is definitely no exception especially when going from a metal hook to a... whatever this is... my stitches were quite a bit looser. This didn't really bother me, but I thought it was worth mentioning.I used this 4.5mm hook on an acrylic blend light worsted weight yarn. There was a lot of drag for me. I am a left handed knife holder. I didn't like the way the hook went through the yarn. It was like wading through mud... doable but slow and a little clumsy. I didn't try it on cotton but I suppose it would be worse. After a few rows, I got to a tight stitch and when I put a little tension on the hook, it popped the head right off rendering the hook completely useless.I wanted to love this pretty pink hook. It was a beautiful specimen, but if it's not functional, the esthetics are pointless. If the Ommi company ever decides to reinforce their hooks with something sturdy, I will try another hook, but until that happens, I cannot recommend this hook.
