A friend got stuck and called for help. I snatched his van right out the hole.

The bubba rope works great. I used it several times during blizzard memo to pull people out. I just went trailer hitch to trailer hitch and gave a tug. Here are some hallmarks that make this effective.The line has give to it. Like a super strong bungee cord it stretches about 4-6 feet. That stored energy then slingshots the stuck vehicle out. This stretching also mitigates jerking and breaking things on either vehicle. This is the special factor of the bubba ropeThe eyelets are covered on a thick protective rubberized coating for durability and longer life. Tis is a standard feature and one I really like.The rope comes with a great carrying case that will also accommodate a few accessories.To complete a bubba rope recovery kit thinks about adding a couple of recovery rated shackles, perhaps the purpose built bubba rope anti chaffing cover, a tree saver that can also double as a way to attach to more than one connection point.Overall this is a great piece of gear. My neighbor who I pulled out more than once during the storm was very impressed. Each recovery was super easy with this tool. I much prefer it over static tow ropes for recovery or stuck vehicles. The media could not be loaded.  Worked brilliant! Spring day in the mountains snow on the ground, Toyota FJ stuck in the snow on the trail. Used a 30’ and 10’ extension FJ was slightly down hill and in deeper snow, 40’ put me on better ground. Worked great no hard jerk just a gentle tug to get it moving. Snow was wet but Bubba rope felt dry after use. A Bubba Rope and some gator jaws worked great. I’ve used other kinetic recovery systems in the past but they just didn’t seem to have the quality as the Bubba Rope. These are not cheep but I’m in my opinion you get what you pay for in this case. Video shows last of 3 pulls to get to solid ground.

The rope is great, one of two out there that I feel I can trust. The other being Yankum. This is the perfect size for a Jeep. It is 7/8" and be prepared...this is a big rope. I was surprised by how big it is. Also, mine came with a black mesh bag not the Cammo bag shown in the picture. It is sturdy enough and has the American Flag on it. I like it...just not as expected.These ropes have a strong chemical smell when new. Air them out before you stow them in your rig. Takes about a week hanging up for the smell to dissipate.

I have had this rope for four years and tonight it died because I ran it over while getting flat towed and frayed part of it. These ropes are great but they do have to be treated right or they will get damaged to a point where they are not usable anymore. That being said I am buying another one to replace my faithful tugger that has tugged me and others well for the last four years.

This is a essential piece of off road gear. I have one if these in truck and jeep.

Aside from my winch, I'd say that this rope has been the best off-road recovery investment I've made for my Jeep. I'm always driving on the beach in the Outer Banks. For those who don't know the area, the sand is deep and very fine. It's the type of place where you should air down your tires to avoid getting stuck. I always go off-roading with at least one other vehicle so my logic is that I'd rather pay for this rope and have an organic recovery capability instead of paying double or more to have an off-road tow truck come get me. With that being said, this rope hasn't saved me yet, however I have full confidence that it will as I've successfully yanked out an F250 and another 4-dr Jeep that were spinning their tires in the sand.

Looks like it’s going to do the trick, thankfully I haven’t had to use it yet.
