Our family has been using this for years now. It is absolutely, the best. There is no stains it can't take out!It's amazing, blood, dirt, even sharpie... HIGHLY Recommend. This is an amazing odor eliminator. It's a pretty standard stain eliminator, I think...it gets out most stuff, but not everything. As an odor eliminator, however, I think it is amazing. I usually use Nok-out as an odor eliminator and I use it often because I have 2 cats, one that has a tendency to urinate on our stuff when he's upset about something. Fun. The problem with Nok-out is that I always forget to order it. So, a few weeks ago, my cat urinated near my purse and a lot of it ended up on my purse. Gross. Now, my purse is canvas, so I don't think this product would have worked on plastic or leather, but I sprayed this on the smelly areas of my purse until it was soaked through with product, then threw it in the wash on hand-wash. It came out clean, with no smell. I cleaned it again to be doubly-sure, but I don't think I had to. I air-dried my bag and it was like new. I should note that I had a plastic shoulder pad on my bag and the smell did not get out of the plastic part. I ended up just throwing that away and buying a replacement pad. So, I don't think this cleans smells out of plastic. But after that experience, I bought 5 bottles of this so that I will be stocked for the next time my cat gets mad. Groan.

This spray has a very nice natural scent. I am very sensitive to scents and definitely anything synthetic, so I am thankful that this is pleasant and not overpowering. It seems to neutralize odors well. The only negative is that the spray nozzle is not great. It can lock and has an option for “stream” or “spray”, but the spray option is not a fine mist like I had hoped, it still sprays out a lot. But I like the actual product.

Off used Better Life Stain and Odor for two+ years and couldn't live without it. For stains, it is most effective at first spill (or cut); spray the stain and either rub it out there & then our let it sit for a bit then wash it. It's taken out dark chocolate, curry sauce, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, grape juice, blood, mud and a host of other things.I've recently had to make use of its odor killing abilities with my new pup and her love for my carpet rather than the grass. It was also indispensable just before my 14 yr old pup passed; she had a few accidents on her bed. A few spritz of Better Life before tossing her bedding in the washer, and it came out smelling fresh with no stains.I can't praise this product highly enough...esp considering it is earth friendly

And the best part, it’s non-toxic! As you can see from the picture, the left back cushion of my couch looked like the right cushion before just one coat of this spray and just a couple of minutes of dabbing it with a damp cloth.

I have to brag about this product. I use it often to remove stains of rugs and sofas (I have a toddler with sticky hands), get stains out of clothes, clean my workout mat..finally smell free! And get this-I sprayed my stinky running shoes that I thought were a lost cause...and it worked to remove the odor and maintain the odor free bliss in these and other shoes!! This is the first product that has worked this well for me. The scent is fresh, the product is natural (which is a big deal in our home as my son has severe asthma and allergies) and great price. Also, the spray bottle is also good quality. Pretty sad that not every company delivers on that kast part, but Better Life certainly does. This product has been a game-changer in my cleaning routine.

This is the most incredible stain remover I have ever found in my life! I cannot believe that it literally gets every single stain out. There is nothing it hasn’t worked on yet and I’ve tried it on loads of different stains. Will never buy a different brand - this is AMAZING!!!

I used it on sweat mark and it seems to have worked. Also using it in sport shoes. I am satisfied with the product and the fact that it is natural.

I didn't find this product to work as well as expected. Also, it is quite a smaller bottle, so I wouldn't buy this again.
