How high is this item

I don't have it anymore. I passed it on to someone else because it is not tall enough to hang a regular hand towel without it overlapping on the base. You can hang washcloths or small guest towels on it without touching the base.

Is the nickel one brushed nickel?

I would say somewhere in between! My faucets are brushed nickel and this towel bar is very close! Looks really nice. I love it.

What is the height of each of the bars?

The first is about 12” and the other is about 13”
