Quick and to the point with facts/discussion questions
An easy read that encompasses Pueblo's perspective and looks at it from a non-biased way.Contains fun introspective questions after each chapter.I wrote them in my journal and answered them as I went. Very good summarization IMO.

What a rip off!
Not a “workbook” at all! More like cliff notes! What a waste of money! Went in the trash!

Highly recommend
“Most people are unaware that they see the world with their emotions rather than their eyes.” Sometimes it’s really hard to overlook through all of the stress that we go through and truly see the beauty that surrounds us. I have a tendency of allowing a bad moment become what I believe it’s a “bad life” after reading Lighter it helped me realize how important it is to take a moment to reflect and trace back to the root of our issues internally in order for us to heal. Being self aware is key to true healing. It explained the feeling of being stagnant very well. We commit ourselves to change but still find ourselves going back to the comfortable because it is easy. Lighter encourages to step out of the comfort zone in order to reach your highest potential. Excellent read I highly recommend!!

Excellent Workbook: Profound Yet Practical
"Do what lights you up" is a great intro to any book and this workbook is no exception. You will enjoy many nuggets of wisdom and food for thought in these brief chapters. I found the journal prompts a useful tool for self reflection and the parts about emotional maturity were refreshing. I highly recommend this workbook.
