I’m new to protein powder and after doing my research for my best option, this one was the one for me. Has all the listed ingredients and down to detail. Was sealed tight. Good taste too :).

Tried other brands and other flavors of GNC but this one is the BESTIt's great post workout.I don't feel sore the next day after an intense workout.My fav protein drink!

I like how thick this makes my shakes, even when I use water. The flavor is good, blend-able with lots of other things, but almost too sweet, which is why I gave it 4 stars. It is better mixed with other things. I usually put in some chocolate UltraNourish Superfood powder, collagen powder and a scoop of peanut butter and that makes it taste great. I have also tried it with a banana and that has been tasty as well. It does keep me full until lunchtime, but after a run I am ravenous. If you are looking for a good base protein powder, this one is great.

This is the best quality protein powder I have had, it is just a bit expensive.

Great product due to my lactose intolerance. Great taste and dissolves well in liquid. Shaking it 15 to 30 seconds and it doesn’t clump like some whey protein powders.
