I ordered this because my insurance doesn't cover it whenever I go to my Allergist to get my weekly shots.On a weekly basis, I have to use this before they give me a shot. It is an okay product. For some reason, whenever I usethe doctor's office peak flow meter I really do good with my numbers. But when I use this one, I am off about 5-10.Numbers are off but its okay for the time being.

I recently had my first trip to the emergency room for a breathing treatment. This peak flow meter is very easy to use and by recording my readings, I have something tangible to show my doctor. This is fantastic for daycare, grandparents, etc to know when my daughter needs her inhaler. Makes people much more comfortable with know when she needs it. Plus it goes down to 50 I think. Which is great for her since her peak flow is 100. I bought another one before this and it didn't go low enough for her.

I got this for my 5 year old son. He loves it. He wants to see if he can make it go farther. Very simple to use and read. Glad to have a tool to help guide me and help me judge where my son is in his breathing.
