I bought the bottle, however what is the actual diet, i keep hearing about a loading phase?

I don't know What the actual diet is.  I have lost 27 lbs my husband has lost 32lbs. We have been using the drops 4x a day for 6 weeks. We are eating only veggies, Eggs, fruit and meat. And lots of water. No fats, oil or sugar or sweeteners of any kind. No soda.  2 meals a day.  4-6 oz of meat and 1 cut of veggies for both meals.  Or 2 eggs and cup of veggies.  1 cup of fruit 2x a day for a snack or 1 apple or 1 orange.  Hope this helps.  We feel great and the weight is falling off.  The drops speed up metabolism and suppress your appetite.   3 days before the diet, while taking the drops We ate Everything in site. We were so sick of eating. That is the loading up phase. My husbands second bottle came that way as well and then I ordered and received my second bottle yesterday and it was also cloudy and chunky, burns a little under the tongue and has a slightly tart flavor and smells like infant spit up. Looking to find out if these can be replaced...thinking there was a bad batch or perhaps they are very old (like they smell). Both of our first bottles, purchased last summer, were clear and had a pretty good flavor...this is a total turn off for this diet lol

I didn't use any meal plan. These drops curb your appetite so good, y ou almost forget you didnt eat. I ate fruit, veggies and salads. Stay away from too much processed or fried foods
