Its firm enough to hold your head and keep its shape, and its soft enough for the head and neck, the right height with two levels achieved by different sides.Customer service is excellent!They have been in touch and assisted answering all questions.I would recommend this company and this pillow to anyone who is looking for a mature latex pillow. Excellent product! I had tried other pillows before, but they hadn't solved my neck pain problem, which was affecting my sleep as well as my day. Everything changed when I bought this pillow. It's perfect - not too hard and not too soft. Anatomical, it eliminates the pain in my neck and encourages me to go to bed earlier, as I know I will have a great night of sleep. Highly recommended!

I said it all in the headline for this review: too soft x50, zero support, and flat across the top with out the curves. I have gotten alot of latex pillows and products over the year and no company wads it up tight in a little box which I do believe could affect the pillow. Luckily the company sent a note to let it sit out a couple of days to fluff up and return to shape or I would have sent it back the next day. It did fluff up, but it has no curve in the middle, it is flat across and not at all like the photo looks. I checked all the pillows thinking maybe they sent the wrong one but the only indicator that this is the correct pillow is the piece of foam on the bottom that let's you adjust the height, one of the reasons I bought it. The tall side immediate pain, but that is expected. The shorter side, no support and does not angle your head back because it does not have that dip in the middle like the photo would have you believe or like other ergonomic pillows of this type might have. And if I have not repeated this enough times, NO SUPPORT.My husband tried it as well and he did not like it either.The one nice thing I can say about this pillow is it is not smelly, which is important as I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. Other than that, there is nothing nice to say about it. If you have a neck issue need firm support, this is not for you. However as my wise friend says, it works for some of the people some of the time so maybe you are one it will work for but it does not work for me.

This is my favorite pillow ever. I change so many and my neck hurts every morning when I wake up. I been using this pillow for few days now and it made such a difference from first night. Its soft but firm 🤣 which means give you great support but still feels like you are sleeping on the cloud. Another thing that I really like with this purchase is pillow case. Its a beautiful material,washable and feels very comfortable on the skin. Just love everything about this pillow

Description said soft neck- contouring pillow. Followed directions and let it air out for a week. Never softened, hard, and bulky. Would not recommend.

This pillow was an instant no from me. The curvature was not as prominent as the picture made me believe. It's also on the firmer side for a latex.That being said, the packaging, brand, and quality all seem very nice. So still worth a try if you are on the hunt for the perfect pillow.

Best pillow that I have ever bought

I will begin by saying that I have incredibly bad arthritis in my neck and that no pillows have worked for me in the past. I was so happy that I tried this pillow! The quality of this product and the top notch customer service of this company is undeniable. I was hoping that the fact that it was adjustable would solve my problem, but the pillow itself was too high for my short problematic neck (even after removing the adjustable layer) and sadly this ended up not being “The One” for me. Not for lack of trying. I really wanted this to work, because the pillow actually is bouncy supportive perfection. It was a case of “It’s not you; it’s me”.P.S. I did recently end up “Happy At Last” with a Beans72 Buckwheat Hull Travel Pillow, which allowed me to adjust the fill to an amount that actually works for me, and I am eternally grateful to finally find some relief. Anyway, I am super grateful to have tried this pillow and highly recommend it to anyone who is searching for their “The One”, as this could very easily be it!
