Easy to use
I love this chainsaw. Great for limping and cutting up small branches for campfires and kindling. When my husband takes down a tree I am right out there limbing it with him. Only problem is the oil will leak out if tipped on its side for storage. We just wrap it on a trash bag when taking it with us in the car. You do need to keep any eye on the chain and tighten it every few minutes but that is easy to do.

Great little tool to have around
I've purchased 4 of these bc everyone fights over them when we're outside doing yard work. Men, women, children, young, and old can operate these chainsaws. And when the chain comes off, it's easy enough for anyone to reassemble. I had one that the battery stopped working after a couple uses. Contacted the manufacturer, and they sent me a replacement. Very pleased with the chainsaws and the manufacturer!

Love love love it!, small but mighty
I got this chainsaw because I have never been comfortable with regular chainsaws. Plan to use it to prune smaller limbs, help hubby, etc. Since I got it I have used it once because he keeps using it, lol. Great for topping trees where the branches are smaller, and it is lighter than a bigger chainsaw. Enough power to handle the work, doesn't drain battery super fast. Love that it comes with an extra battery and chain. Honestly I was looking for a Dewalt, so the batteries would match the other tools we have. In case u r wondering, they are not interchangeable :( guess that would be my only complaint.

I would give it a zero if I could.
The product literally started falling apart during the first and only use. Not a quality desired in a chainsaw. One piece was lost in the hedge, never to be seen again. Thankfully, I had Amazon prime and got my money back. I bought a competitor brand for 20 less and had none of the issues I had with that POS.
