Humans vs Zombies Official HvZ Marshmallow Shooter

I purchased this toy for my 10-year old son who has been wanting one ever since he played with my niece's marshmallow shooter. It's lightweight and is the perfect size for his hands. The double cylinder feature allows for more marshmallow "bullets." It makes a dull popping sound and is not loud at all. I didn't want it too loud that it might alarm my neighbors. I also purchased the mini marshmallows that fit perfectly in the cylinders and added a bit of cornstarch to them so they don't stick. Even without the marshmallows, he was playing with the shooter practically all night. I might have to buy one for myself so we can shoot marshmallows at each other. The fact that it's a Human v. Zombies toy makes it all in all, a perfect buy for Halloween!

Bigger hit than I imagined! I bought an HvZ Double Barreled Shooter and Camo Shooter for my college freshman & her roommate thinking they might have some fun and relieve a bit of the stress of mid-terms. Well, before the weekend was over, she had to restock on ammo because everyone on her floor wanted turns with their Marshmallow shooters! They both worked great and are powerful enough to shoot across their lobby…the HvZ Double Barrel holds more ammo so it was the one everyone wanted. The name brand mini-marshmallows kept getting stuck. It did better once we let the marshmallows dry out some overnight, but it did not shoot consistently at all.We will try generic marshmallows to see if that helps. They might be a little smaller.

Works great. If you leave marshmallows in the tube they get sticky and won’t budge, so it helps if you empty after using.

Bought as a gift—nephew loved playing with this shooter. Unique and fun!

This marshmallow shooter is very comparable if not better than others like it. I have played with it and it has great durability whether it is in the hands of a child or an adult (not all kids toys are solely for children!). The marshmallows shot in a variable straight line for me which made sighting targets easier and can shoot up to 15-25ft depending on the weather.I was disappointed however that is does not come with marshmallows, but thankfully they are cheap at your local super market.Overall, a great buy!

A great time was had by all at our 8yr old's birthday party. We ordered 10 of these and had the most talked about birthday party on the block. The kids found it easy to load the toy with marshmallows and could gently shoot each other all afternoon. They kept picking marshmallows up off the ground to reload quickly. We got advice to put the marshmallows in a corn starch coating and that kept them from sticking, even on a hot and humid day. We will continue to buy these shooters as the kids get older - because all of the parents got in on the fun as well!
