This is a convenient addition to my supplement stack that I can easily pack and consume anywhere before I head to or from the gym without having to worry about mixing it up in a drink. The pills are easy to swallow and the liposomal delivery system ensures that the essential amino acids are protected from the digestive system. Although this blend is close, it is not the ideal ratio for strength training supplementation, the ideal ratio for workout training support most often recommended is that you go with one that uses a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine, with a higher ratio not necessarily better. But at least you do know exactly the ratio you are getting as the specific blend is not hit behind a proprietary blend. Bought for the liposomal. Company seems decent enough, but seriously needs to be clearer that this is borderline dangerous other than to athletes because of its huge proportion of leucene (nearly 50 percent) now known to be something cancer cells cannot get enough of. Even for athletes the best BCAA ratio is strongly proven to be 2:1:1 leucene/isoleucene/valine and not 4:1:1 as here which actually lowers BCAA efficiency including via absorption (transport) problems. Also here Histidene, Cysteine, Tyrosine, and Tryptophan are almost invisible. Why is that? Radically departs from the amino balance of WHO standard EAA needs. Sorry guys.

I haven't had any issues taking this and soreness after workouts seems to be less. I'm not taking as much as it says you can take, I'm taking what I think I need on workout days.

It says on the package that the serving size is 8 capsules, It is a lot. I can take only 2 because already taking other supplements. So I don't notice any effect, not bad not good. Maybe the dosage is not enough. The price is pretty high too for one month's supply. But the ingredients are good and impressive, sounds like it could be a very nice supplement
