These are amazing. I know there are a lot of false reviews out there making terrible products look good and great products look bad. I manufacture a couple of products myself and it is sad to see that unscrupulous vendors have learned how to game the system with reviews on their own and competitors' products. In this case I can assure you these are the real deal: I go crazy every time I sit down and realize there are no reading glasses nearby. I have been buying reading glasses at a rabid pace to make sure they are everywhere around my house. They usually wind up scratched or broken or dirty and it drives my impatient self nuts, especially when I have to clean them incessantly and sometimes I'm sitting there mindlessly cleaning and cleaning and then realize it won't come off because they're scratched or abraded. UGH! I still keep them for emergency, which seems to happen a lot and that's a vicious cycle (because I wind up picking them up and cleaning them until I realize, "oh yeah, these are the scratched ones!"). NOW these: Unobtrusive, lightweight, don't mark the bridge of my nose, flexible to no end, do not fall off-- If they were at all fragile, believe me they'd have broken on me already -- and SCRATCH RESISTANT! The design makes them so easy to wipe clean, but for some reason they actually seem not to attract smudges-- or maybe it's just the scratch resistance, IDK... Are they pricier? Yes. Might I lose them? Yes. But otherwise it seems like they'll last forever and I'll be so much happier -- until I have to go up a strength and start buying all over again :/So to all of you whom, like I, have to waste too much time these days to find what is the real real. THESE ARE THE REAL REAL!!!!!

After trying multiple different styles and types of readers over the years I am hooked on these! I get horrible migraines and most glasses are too heavy or press too hard on my temples. these are lightweight, look classy and are VERY sturdy! They also have a nice carrying case. They are compact and don't take up much room. I have been using these for about ten years and I still have my original pair and they remain unbroken. I just needed higher strengths! Love the festive colors. I have most of the colors in one strength or another and they all look really nice. They are also light enough to 'perch' on the end of your nose. They are more expensive than drug store readers but are well worth it due to their outstanding quality.

Scojos are great reading glasses. Crystal clear, undistorted lenses; comfortable frames that have some "give" to them; a smaller carrying case than most to protect your glasses. Plus, this clear shade makes it look like you're hardly wearing reading glasses.I only wish the company hadn't stopped making their sleek, metal "cigar" style case, which fits into smaller purses/bags more easily. Otherwise, always a Scojo fan and highly recommend the line.

I've been wearing Scojos (1.75) for several years and will continue to buy them. I get lots of compliments, they weigh next to nothing and at $40 are not unreasonably priced. BUT, they are not sturdy, you can't shove them in a pocket or sit on them and expect them to remain whole. You can't hug someone with them hanging from your shirt. Sure, you could keep them in the case, but you won't. Also, I love the translucent/clear frames, but they are devilishly hard to spot if you forget where you put them. Unless they're on your head. Yes, it's beginning to happen.

I have few pairs of the havana gel frame frame, this last order has a much darker frame than the picture is showing.HowI can I make sure you send the Havana choosen color frame on picture???? On 4 pairs ordered this is my second time it happen!!!! They also tend to fall from my face when I bend down, not 100% satisfied. ...I did not use the last pair I just got and think I may return it!

I needed a good pair of light weight readers and searched countless websites before purchasing gels by Scojo. I’m so happy I did my research because the readers are exceptional quality for the price. The only drawback is the connecting nose piece. Even with the clear frames it’s a little distracting; however, it’s not bothersome enough to downgrade the stars.

This has been my second pair of Scojo reading glasses (first pair got crushed). They are a pretty good pair of glasses, especially for the price. The only warning I would issue is about the crystal color - when you set them down randomly, they are hard to see. I've had them right next to me not seen them because they are clear and so are the frames!

i've boughten three pair of these and LOVE them. They look great, light wieght and pretty durable. I keep a pair at work, in the car and at home. Way nicer and better than the sub par stuff u get at CVS, Walgreens etc. Since I've bought them I've seen them at higher end stores but crap shoot on the color and strength of the lense so I just order them online and they come in lest then a week.THANK YOU AMAZON!!!!
