Pretty good
These were pretty tasty! I expected them to be worse than they were. My daughter enjoyed them as well. They were nice for a midday snack or lunch replacement as they were very filling. The price is OUT OF CONTROL though. Definitely won’t repurchase even though I enjoyed them.

Pricey but tasty
I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw strawberry and beet but ultimately they were pretty good. They've got a nice tart flavor to them and a pleasant texture. Really the downsides show up in the nutrition facts. 19 whopping grams of sugar PER BAR, makes this less of a protein bar and more of a sugar bar. Price is steep as well.Pretty good if you like the flavor but eat sparingly if you don't want to gain weight!

Pretty good
I regularly eat protein bars and such so I am pretty accustomed to the various types of them, what kind of consistency and textures they typically have. This one from Possible is a little different than I have experienced before. The bar is made out of strawberries, beets and almonds, but the texture/consistency of it almost is like a dense bread or something. It actually has a really pleasant flavor and doesn't really remind me of a protein bar, more of like something that's real food. It has clean ingredients which I like. Probably the only downside is the excessive amount of sugar, 19 grams, which is close to 5 teaspoons. I typically try to look for products that have, at a bare minimum, as much protein as they have sugar, ideally much more protein than sugar. This one is the other way around, so I think of this more as like a candy/fruit bar with clean ingredients than I do a super filling protein bar.

Taste Fine
The Possible’ snack bar is soft and moist with a reddish-brown color hue. The ingredient label states that, among other things, it contains, dates, strawberries, beets and pea protein.Upon tasting, I was not able to individually identify the presence of these components. However, this combo gives rise to a slightly earthy, tangy flavor, and restrained sweetness that I found perfectly acceptable. It doesn’t have any characteristics that make it stand out head-and-shoulders from the crowded snack bar field but does the job as a quick convenient snack.

Expensive but tasty
We are always looking for healthier versions of snacks to have on hand. The strawberry beet almond bars are made with clean ingredients and the bars taste very, very good. Not sure if they’re worth the price… At three dollars a bar, I feel it is pretty steep. But my family does rather enjoy them.

Not a great texture, but good nutrition
These are fine in a pinch, but they certainly won't become my go-to snack, in large part because I don't really like the texture. They're soft, but very dry... The texture almost reminds me of dried out play dough. I like beets, but I feel like in bars like this with other berry flavors, you usually can't taste the beets. But you definitely can here. I wouldn't be able to get them past my beet-hating husband.I have been trying to get more healthy fats into my diet and for the most part, I like the nutrition of these, though I think they could have a bit more fiber. I will definitely eat these in a pinch- when I'm in a rush or on the go and just need something quick. But I won't enjoy them a whole lot.

Different!
I've tried the Cashew/Date/Tumeric flavor of these bars and I do like these a bit better. If you've had a protein bar before, you'll recognize the texture - that chalky chewiness. The taste is relatively sweet, mostly strawberry. These are a bit pricey in my opinion at about 3 bucks a bar, so not the best value for money. But the ingredients are good and the taste is pretty good as well.

Ok.
I’d eat it again, but it wouldn’t be the first (nor last) snack/protein bar I’d grab. I think overall, the kids would call this “mid”.Flavor - Not much strawberry. Not overly date flavored. Not too sweet. Not particularly nutty.Texture is a few degrees away from being too dry. Not overly chewy, almost fudge-y brownie like. Soft-ish.
