LOKSS® 48 pieces Professional Sketching Art Set

An artist and illustrator, I found this to be a good quality drawing set at an affordable price. It is a generous portfolio size, and has some features that make it stand out from other similar sets on the market, such as the selection of coloured chalks, and the double-ended pencil extender to accommodate two different sizes. Especially useful as a travel kit, it has all the elements you need, including a handy little pad tucked inside. I recommend it either for your own use or as a gift, but just beware that, if you are giving it to a younger person, there is a small sharpening knife inside for charcoal and pencils. Overall though, this to be a well-thought-out, and attractively designed sketching set for a wide number of projects.

I own a lot of art supplies and this is probably one of the best sets I own so far. The quality of the actual case is top notch. Rivals my Derwent cases. I really enjoyed using the charcoal and graphite which smudge well. Considering this is a sketching set, I loved how they added in COLOURED charcoal instead of just black. Some of the items were new to me but I was able to figure out what they were pretty quickly. I've also included a few pictures of the case and the contents inside. All in all, it was an amazing product at an amazing price and I highly recommend it.

This is the perfect sketching set. Fantastic variety of pencils and leads. Sharpeners and erasers, etc. are included. Excellent quality which i didn't really expect. with the low price. It also comes with a very well made case which not only keeps everything organised the inside also tilts upward, which i think is a really nice feature. The set is designed for beginners to advanced artists. I’ve enjoyed using it, and have been able to introduce some new drawing techniques in to my sketching with some of the nifty bits that come with it.I think for the price you can't go wrong. Great piece of kit for beginner and student artists. Lovely variety of of items to experiment with before splashing out on full packs such as graphite, willow charcoal, pastel pencils. Just wish there had been a list of items in the kit. Attached is a 2 hour sketch I drew using pencils, graphite, a touch of grey pastel pencil and brown graphite, blended with a tortillion. The sketch is from my own reference photo.

I love that this comes in a nice case. I would have given this a full 5 stars but the 6 pastel sticks were broken. I have bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. So the 6 pastel sticks is disappointing.

Bought this for daughter for Christmas as she is getting into art at school. She absolutely loves it! Only thing I would find useful is a little bit of instruction as we were not sure what to use each item for. But that’s just because we are novice. Product comes in lovely zip carry case she can take to school and super fast delivery

The product was very useful.It had a wide variety of shading pencils including the 'b' shading colours and 'h' shading colours.It had quite a few graphite sticks as well as chalk sticks that both blended and shaded really well.The only bad thing was the range of colours with the pastel pencils.It was only grey, brown and black colours.But overall a good product.Good value for moneyPicture done drew by 12yr old

This item was bought as a Christmas gift so an unable to comment on it just yet, except to say it arrived quickly, looks great and the seller seems genuinely keen to ensure all is well with the product. I have no doubt my wife will love it. I’ll update the review after Christmas.
