I’ve used a few magnesium products and like this one a lot. No tummy upsets. Take it at night.

The Magnesium L-Threonate capsules came in a white screw top bottle and the lid was sealed.The capsules are 500mg each and they recommend you take 4 capsules per day. So you get a total of 2000mg per daily.The capsules were designed & lab tested in Germany. The capsules come with a MFD date that was 02/2023, which I'm assuming is the date they were made.They also came with a BATCH number printed on the bottle which is great to see.And a BBD date which I'm assuming is the Best Before Date. This was 02/2025.There was no break down of the ingredients listed on the bottle, so I'm unsure of fillers, additives, binders, etc.But it does state on the Amazon listing that these capsules are free from gluten, soy, milk, and lacrose. They also are vegan friendly.I think it would benefit the company if this information was written on the bottle also.I weighed a few capsules and each capsule weighed different amounts, so some capsules have more powder than others.But 4 capsules weighed 2.2g. Because Magnesium L-Threonate was recommend to me by a sleep expert, they suggested I try capsules containing this ingredient because it can help.Whilst this product doesn't help me get to sleep on its own, It does help me get back into sleep once I've took a bathroom break.Magnesium L-Threonate is also fantastic for dreams, if you like to dream then this ingredient is well known for REM sleep, which is the time you have vivid dreams.Before taking Magnesium L-Threonate I hadn't dreamt years! Ever since I took this ingredient I've had lots of dreams since. So these types of products certainly help with brain activity.These capsules are small in size, & easy to swallow, and they had no bad after taste that I noticed.Overall, these look like great quality capsules, and if you are interested in having more brain activity, and better sleep quality, then you should definitely give this ingredient a try. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Hope my review was helpful.

Worked very quickly mental clarity and stress reduction.

I chose to try this product because a friend said it would help me stop worrying about things that keep me awake at night. My friend got great results, and as a result, he feels more rested, which has helped improve the quality of his life as a whole. Because I wanted the same result, I changed my diet and spent less time on the phone and drinking coffee before I started taking this vitamin. The mix of these things has made it much easier for me to accomplish what I set out to do. I haven't noticed any bad side effects in the last few weeks, but I have noticed that I can now sleep the whole night through. Since I've tried diets before and didn't have the same amount of success, it's hard to say for sure that this is all because of the product. Even though the results may be different for each person, I think the product has made a big difference overall. Everyone should try it out for themselves before making a decision about how well it works. But if the combination of things I have could help someone else, and I can't figure out which one is the cause, then it's worth giving this a try.

Magnesium CapsulesArrived in a well-sealed bottle with a good expiry date.The capsules are big, I will find it hard to swallow one and it tells you to have 4 a day now am no expert but I read that the recommended dose for men is 270mg to 350mg and 280 to 300mg for women so taking four of these a day is a lot of magnesium so I will half the dose and see if there is any improvement in my sleep pattern.So you have 120 capsules in the bottle and take four a day priced at £21.99 that's a little too expensive for me.

These A&D Performance brand Magnesium L-Threonate capsules comes in a small plastic bottle containing 90 capsules. I like these 500mg doses and especially when they contain no heavy metals. I often suffer from sleep and focus issues etc.. And wanted to try these out. The capsules are easy to swallow with some water and they offer so much benefits. I didn't get any allergic reactions and I feel good taking these. They somehow do give me a feeling of wellbeing, alert and energised even in few days of taking these. Its strange, as I am feeling more focused and sleep better. Mentally feeling good especially when I am sensitive to these heatlh products. You really do get what you pay for and from the effects of these top-quality Magnesium capsules. It's difficult to say but they work and I feel wonderful! I would be prepared to buy them again and the price is well worth it.

Magnesium is up there in my list of essential supplements to take and L-Threonate in my opinion, is one of the best forms you can take alongside Malate and Bisglycinate. After doing much research over the years I've found it's best to take a few different forms of magnesium as they all have unique benefits and assist with different bodily functions and processes. I take 2 of these every night before bed alongside a few other different forms and find my sleep is much more consistent.I really like this formulation, mostly because unlike a lot of other brands it doesn't contain any nasty fillers so with that in mind I'm on board with this company and their supplements as they clearly know what they're doing.
