Nocto Interactive Light-Up Bat Electronic Toy (Dispatched from UK)

The product arrived swiftly but the try function did not work and the box looked like it had been previously opened. I decanted the bat to change batteries as wanted to make sure the product worked as it is for a gift. I did not want to disappoint the child who this was for. The bat seems to work well even if the presentation was disappointing. Wish carriers were maybe a little more careful with their stock. Seem a like an appropriate gift for a 7 year old.

Bat turned up with scratches on the wings. The box was also in a different language - absolutely nil English instruction / writing on the box. Box also bashed and torn in places. Does not distract from the item. Hoping daughter will like it. Many you tube videos of unboxing this toy.On another note - Customer service is poor. When contacted about the issues able was told - it’s only a toy! Despite saying it was a Christmas present.

Seems really good now I have a working one. But just a warning if this is a Christmas present - check it first. The first one I received was faulty. Can't fault Amazon's customer service though. They sent a replacement straight away.

Amazing little guy. My son loves it and even took it for show and tell. He does all kinds of things and looks brilliant. He’s really well made and lovable. Even better that I got it at a bargain price.

Don't lose the instructions; this thing has so many modes that you will never remember which is which. My daughter likes the snap game but if I'm honest this has not had a great deal of time off the shelf and I wouldn't have paid full price for it.
