disappointing
An expensive and difficult product to obtain, which really disappointed. The texture is completely unlike couscous basically like cornmeal. I personally found the flavour of couscous strong enough to over power the other things i added to it and not very pleasant.

Cooked it to guidelines and was very hard and unpleasant. Not like cous cous . I found quinoa a better alternative if your looking for gluten free .
