This lockbox was simple to set up and works reliably every time I open it. The inside of the box is roomy and has a hook to hang a key on. I also like that it has a cover that flips down to expose the keypad. I would buy again.

We added this outside so no one would ever get locked out. It was attached with silicone under it so that no water could get under it. It's held up through the winter snow and ice. Nice little slide door to get to the code and it stays shut until you open it. I like that it's easy to make your own code. Good quality item.

What I love: It's really easy to set the code for the box, and to change it as needed.What I don't like: You can't reuse numbers, and the order does NOT matter.I like that most of the time I can leave the lockbox in our usual place for our kids to use, using the code they know. But occasionally we need to leave our housekeeper to lockup, when we go out of town, and I like to set a different code for her, one that's easy for her to remember that includes part of her cell phone number. Yes, it is not as secure as some other lock boxes due to the order of numbers not mattering, and not being able to reuse numbers. But we don't live in an area where that is much of a concern, and we have a security camera that covers where we keep the lockbox, so I feel okay about it. It is really super easy to change the code when need (just use the little screwdriver that comes with it, and I store it inside the box so I don't use it).

Easy to mount to exterior and easy set-up of code.

When my mom started to need extra means of living safely in her home alone, she started with wearing her phone on a laynard, and progressed to a life alert type system. We wondered how the police, fire / rescue would get into her home if she called for help. She was worried about the cost of replacing a door if they had to knock the door down to rescue her...so we got a lock box. She can tell them the code and we can reset it if needed. She can also do the same for anyone coming over to bring soup when she is ill. It is a relief to her and to the family. I use it for the gal who helps me clean my house and for those who have offered to watch my pets while I am away. This box is large and secure.

id been leaving a key in the mailbox for rover to check in on the dogs and hated that so got this for a little more security. Immediately dropped it on concrete and it was totally fine lol Easy to set up the code and really sturdy. Its larger than it looks in the pic. not an issue, just an fyi if you need it for a small space. Just off a standard doorknob, fits no problem.

The numerical code to the drop box can be guessed through trial and error with very little effort. I'm not putting my house key in a lock box that can be so easily cracked, and I will be returning this product.

Works super great! The outside box broke but it is also super cold here which often breaks plastic. But in this case should have a better case for this

Yo lo instalé directamente en la entrada que da a la calle, parece que funciona muy bien, los botones no son lo mejor, hay que presionar fuerte para que se activen. Cabe mencionar que NO puedes duplicar números, por ejemplo (si eliges un código de 5 cifras: 23451) NO necesariamente tienes que marcar ese orden, es decir, mientras presiones los números que elegiste, puede ser en el orden que quieras, ósea 32154 funcionaría con éste código.... así que no podrías poner 23241 (ya que el número 2 está repetido) espero explicarme... (viene con un desarmador para poder elegir los números que quieras para tu código que puede ser hasta de 8 cifras... finalmente hasta el momento lo recomiendo, tengo tres semanas usándolo y sin problema, me parece resistente y me gusta que trae la puerta exterior para proteger de la intemperie (sol, lluvia, granizo etc) habrá que ver cuánto dura con el tiempo...

Love the design, it was easy to program and simple to assemble. I like the feature of pushbuttons to set the millions of possible codes. I needed this lock for 1 key only, this one could hold at least 10 or more. So it's a bit big for my needs of on key to give access to contractors. The locking shank that secures/hangs from wherever you want it to be is large enough to go around most handles. This Lock Box could be attached to a wall for added security. I believe I made the right decision.
