Q: Recently purchased and can’t get the chair open, only 1/2 way. Is there a switch to flip to get the chair to fully open?

It is very easy to open the chair. It is similar to how we open foldable chair. No switch to flip flop. To secure the chair during the delivery, they might have tied the handles etc,. Try to remove that. Otherwise it is very simple to use.

Q: Product details state this is a reclining chair. How do I recline this chair, there were no instructions included. Thank you for any info!

It doesn’t recline it’s just commenting that you sit in a recliner position kind of angled back, but the chair itself does not recline

You could but I think it would be a mess

Yes, theres is head rest attached. For shorter people they can fold the head rest. Other people can open the head rest which is just extension.
