Good value for everything it contains
Seems expensive but it isn’t when you factor in buying every thing it contains separately. My husband takes half the dose (one multivitamin) and he alternates taking regular omega 3 with the red krill oil. Save money and feel like he’s still benefiting.

I researched the ingredients before buying. These have some excellent vitamins to protect your heart. Good value and great for over 50s for that additional protection.
