My grand baby she loved it

This fit my 3 year old well and it was so cute until she wore it to the event (costume party) and within 10 minutes it was ripped to shreds and I had to take a scissors to parts of the seam so she didn’t keep tripping and had to tie the front of the skirt so it wouldn’t all drag on the floor. What a huge waste of money and we are so disappointed.
