I love these cookie sheets!! They’re big and awesome and great. They’re nonstick, so definitely they can scratch if you use the wrong utensils. Get some plastic or silicone ones and you won’t scratch anything. They’re a good weight, not too heavy but not flimsy. They are nonstick, so they warp in heat, it’s unavoidable, but they go back. Cleans well and highly versatile! I actually got the two pack because I needed one for my crafts. Perfect. Love these!

Beautiful pans. Giant! My wife loves them for making huge batches of cookies and pastries with perfect golden finish, broiling her blackened salmon filets. So nonstick, they almost clean themselves. Pans fit perfectly in our average sized ovens. Stiff enough not to flop around while putting in or pulling out of ovens. The price is pretty reasonable for what you get. They are a bit heavy, but reasonable to expect considering the quality, construction, material quality, and size. I very highly recommend them!

I got what I asked for with these cookie sheets; I think I just asked for the wrong item. If you order these, make sure that you carefully consider their size. They're perfect for cooking a lot of cookies in one fell swoop and would be ideal for commercial use in a large oven. Due to their size, however, I will probably use them mainly for that purpose. They are not made for small recipes of anything because they fill an entire rack of my standard oven and don't fit in my dishwasher, either! I noticed that they also warp once they heat up unless you have enough content on them to weigh them down. Just a little additional tip to keep in mind. This doesn't affect their cooking ability; it was just a little alarming to hear the "pop" noise the first time they did this in my oven. They are good in terms of their non-stick coating. Again, they have no shortcoming other than the fact that they're huge!
