Q: Why will the cot not open up?

I’m not sure what won’t open up. I know mine was very stiff the first time I opened it and I couldn’t get the middle to latch down so I laid on it and that did the trick. Otherwise something might be caught but without seeing it is difficult to diagnose.

Q: Is the oxford cloth that is attached to the base noisy when you move or roll over?

No not really. When I roll or move on you can hear the legs creaking but it’s not loud or comes off as cheap. I’m 6’1 230 and for the most part it’s very quiet.

Q: How do you clean the mattress?

It is recommended to hand wash the mattress.
