Q: Is this product made to use with uv light ?

No, this is to be used without UV.

Q: It's hard to tell by the photos. Are any of these, pearlescent?

Q: Do you need anything special to remove the nail polish or does regular acetone nail polish remove it just fine?

As far as I know just regular acetone will remove it. I used it on my toenails, it needs about 3 coats but it stays on good. Haven't had to remove it yet.
