Have made it a part of my daily routine, I take it right before the gym. Has increased my energy and I am noticing some weight loss. The cherry flavor is really pleasing. I know it’s of good quality due to the consistency of the liquid and the results I am getting. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.

UPDATE:This product has been very helpful in expelling the contents of my intestines during micro dry fasting. So I'm seeing results. However, it has taken several doses to get those results. You have to experiment, using your body as the guide. BTW: I still LOVE the taste !ORIGINAL REVIEW:How you perceive this product tastes is in direct proportion to the capacity you're using it. I'm heading into hour 57 of an 88 hour dry fast and this morning THIS PRODUCT SMELLED AND TASTED LIKE HEAVEN. Sure, it's reminiscent of the cough medicine your mom gave you when you were a kid - but hey - at this point I'll take what I can get.I've only taken 2 doses, so it's too early to report on the efficacy. I'm initially giving five stars and will change modify this review after a month if necessary.

Tastes good and it’s a natural amino acid known to helps with weight loss and no jitters. I noticed my energy level is up, less brain fog and I’ve lost a few pounds. On my to but again list love it

...Not sure how i feel. The consistency or texture is different than other brands I have tried before.

I got this to try cause I like cherry, but while the effects of this are the same as the pill form I think I'll be sticking to the pills cause of the bad cherry flavor. This is a great option for someone who can't take pills well or who wants more precise control over dosage, but otherwise I'd say avoid the bad taste and get pills.
