VTOMAN Utility Dolly Cart, Folding Hand Truck for VTOMAN Portable Power Station Jump 1000 & Jump 1500 & Jump 1500X & Jump 1800

I'm excited! I've wanted the Vtoman hand dolly for several months. I have a metal dolly that I could have used, but it would end up scratching my Vtoman Jump 1800 Power Station. I am very pleased with it. It is lightweight and easy to use. It is well made, and there is nothing to assemble. It folds flat and doesn't take up much storage space. Vtoman has a great customer service, as well as great products. I'm Happy!

Perfect size, great color, for my generators. Will help me move my generators around in the house with ease.

This is lightweight, foldable and handy. It has 2 lockable wheels that have already proved useful for me. I’m glad I bought this.

It’s made of a hard plastic, that’s it. The handle makes it top heavy and it flips over when empty so trying to hold it and balance placing the battery on it is annoying. It’s really unstable to wheel around and try to keep the battery balanced. Shows a strap in all the pictures but it doesn’t come with it.

Our batteries fit perfectly and now very easy to move from room to room. We store the batteries in a closet so this dolly make everything so mobile.

Light weight, and does what is is made to do. It does come with a cheap thin velcro band to hold battery in place. Wish the band was better made. This caddy folds to a compact size for storage. The handle is telescopic and no noise when pulling the caddy.

Delivered when promised and very well packaged. I haven't opened yet as it might be returned. Dolly was a free promotion with their Solar Generator I purchased but I was billed full price for it. I've talked with 5 different Amazon CSRs to resolve but no luck. If not resolved by the time the generator is delivered, I'll return both it and the dolly and order another brand. My research shows the VTOMAN solar generator is well reviewed, has some great attributes and the price is very good, but please don't have a promotion and not honor it -- that makes your company look bad as well as not trustworthy. If my issue is resolved, I'll update my review.Update: John, from VTOMAN reached out to me as soon as he was aware of my issue and I received a refund on the dolly the next day. I am very pleased with the level of customer service shown towards my case. As for the dolly, after opening its just what is needed to move the solar generator around. I highly recommend.

I already owned a Flashspeed 1500, and just ordered the now available Flashspeed extra battery. First I used this with just my main unit. The velcro strap is basically useless in keeping the main unit on the cart, You cannot velcro the unit to the base of the cart, all you can do is wrap it around the front and then around the back of the cart (handle). There is only one spot on the front panel where you can have this velcro strap without covering the fan outlet/inlet and the screen/controls. This doesn't stop it from coming off the cart, it will still slide side to side, etc.So... I will have to get some other smaller straps and find a way to strap this down to the cart, and then also the back handle without using the velcro that came with this.Also now when I try to use the extra battery pack, it is clear this cart isn't quite up the task of holding both of these. Not to mention the strapping of this all down is doubly complicated, with that much weight now on the little cart wheels, it is hard to move around.Finally, why is the cart base so small? It just covers the bottom plate of the Flashspeed 1500, it could be a bit wider for more stability when moving around, the wheel base is only about 11" for what is around 30-40lbs for one unit and double that if you add the battery.
