The two pack of Eduscho Gala is a bit more cost effective than buying one at a time so if you like Gala, take advantage of it. Eduscho Gala is my personal favorite coffee in the world because it has a pure and true coffee flavor. Just opening the package is enough to make my mouth water and set my taste buds up for a beautiful cup of filtered greatness. It reminds me of every cup of coffee I have ever had in a German or Austrian Cafe and that's the best selling point I can think of. It's not over-roasted and doesn't pretend to be something it is not...it is simply a very fine coffee and that is what it was meant to be. No gimmicks, No trendy use of terminology, packaging or anything else that does not impact the flavor of this perfectly blended and roasted coffee. Coffee prices being what they are in today's inflated market...why not order a bag and put it to the test. I think you'll be sold on it too. You don't need a "Barista" to make great coffee...you just need a fresh bag of Gala!

The coffee offered here is exactly the same Eduscho that is served in Austria, Germany, and elsewhere in Europe. And, if you have ever ordered Eduscho coffee in Austria or Germany, then you know that "Gala Nr. 1" makes an extremely good cup of coffee. Rest assured, this is "the Real McCoy."One caveat: if you are shipping your order to North America, be prepared to wait a -long- time for your order to arrive (~ 2 months). The coffee is shipped from the Netherlands, apparently using the old "Nederlandse kameel exprespost." All I can say is that it's a good thing that camels can swim.

Great coffee! This coffee is for people who like their coffee strong. It's great iced or hot. The coffee was strong, but had a sweet note at the end. I've tried Lavazza, but was a miss for me. It tasted too watered down for me. Comparing Lavazza to this coffee, the Eduscho Gala is better in terms of taste and intensity. Overall, this is my go-to coffee and I cannot go a day without it.

Ordered two pack and only received one. This has happened twice. I really like this coffee, but will not order again because they cheat you out of one pack. This coffee is not cheap. So paying for two and only getting one is not right

This is good Coffee it is rich in flavor. The only thing one off the packages had lost its Seal. The package should be hard as a rock. But it did not change the flavor of the coffee. I would highly recommend this coffee.

I had my first taste of this coffe in Vienna, and my husband and I liked it. It’s smooth, string enough for our taste with no aftertaste of bitterness.

I agree with all of the above. Eduscho GALA and Jacobs KRONUNG just seem to have got it right. Not over roasted in attempt to be "Italian flavored," or any of that stuff. Believe me, after a few weeks in Italy, I had had enough of the Italian roast and longed to get back to Germany for really divine coffee. American coffee? So rare to find a decent cup. It's either as transparent as green tea or black and bitter from over roasting. The Germans, in Jacobs and Eduscho got it right Their other brands, not so much. They are worse than their American counterparts. The American best bet is Yuban, but it's hard to find anymore.
