I have over a dozen Crazy Aaron's putties, and this hidden gnome one is definitely one of my favorites. It is so visually appealing and just packed with cool mushrooms and glitter. The texture of all the clay pieces inside while playing with it is just fantastic as well. And like most other Aaron's putties, the pieces inside (including the glitter) stay in the putty; you don't even get any glitter stuck to your hands while playing with it. Also, strangely, mine came smelling exactly like sugar cookies. This isn't marketed as a scented putty, and I noticed some other people have said it stinks, but to me it smells just like sugar cookies. For reference, none of my other Aaron's putties have any smell, aside from maybe a very faint glue-like scent on a couple of them. I also need to point out that nearly every single negative review is plain wrong, as they all stem from the putty partially leaking or usually from it being a little separated or seemingly "dried out." The fact is that this stuff doesn't dry out. Yes, since it is putty, it will move around in the canister during shipping, toward wherever down is oriented. This means it might separate a little or get pieces stuck between the lid and jar or even leak out a little. That's literally just the nature of any putty or slime or goop, etc. Every single jar I've gotten, whether from Amazon or somewhere else, has moved and stuck to various parts of the jar by the time I open it. Literally, all you have to do is grab the main clump of putty and use it to pull the other bits off of the lid and canistet or even the inside of the package if it leaked. It takes less than a minute, it's unavoidable, it's well worth the miniscule amount of trouble, and the putty is still in perfect condition. And as long as you don't store it sideways, it's the only time you'll have to do it. Hey yourself some of this putty, it'd so well worth it.

I absolutely love crazy errands putty The emotional one was fun to pick out the faces. I work at a mental health facility and we use this putty all of the time in the therapy room.

My granddaughter loves these slime, but it’s a pretty small tin for the price. Is very glittery but not messy at all.

From fidgeting to mulling things over this putty helps with it all. The hide inside is great and gives you an endless feel and ability to find items throughout the putty while working the putty. Be careful to use only with clean dry hands and dirty hands will end up clouding the putty as well as making it super sticky.Highly recommended for when times are tough, rough or in-between! I have purchased over 20 varieties and have never been dissapointed with any of them. It will stick to certain furniture, paper, wet hands so be careful when using. If you drop in on a dirty floor or on carpet it's best to toss it away or you will be mixing and squeezing hair forever.

Love the premise. The little bits in the “too” are almost all broken after using twice. It was for an adult during their classes. It’s a disappointment.

We have had Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty of a wide variety and love them. This is even our second putty with the little pieces. However, this one is really weird. It smells like dish soap. It’s really runny. It’s really sticky. One of the things I love about Thinking Putty is that it doesn’t stick to everything and it sticks to itself enough that with a dabbing motion I can get it out of almost anything: this putty STICKS TO EVERYTHING! It even sticks to my hands! After washing my hands with dish soap and very warm water singing ABCs a couple of times, I had a weird residue on my hands that only rubbed off with time (about 15 minutes)—I could not even wipe it off with a paper towel.

My kids love Crazy Aaron's it's a top quality product and lots of fun to play with.

These are great tools for calming kids or anyone in a bit of emotional distress. Kids love looking for the 6 different emotions and the putty itself is not sticky or slimy. I use it in my school as a calming tool and the kids really like it.

I got this as a kind of fidget toy to use at my desk so I wouldn’t bite my nails and so far it’s pretty good. Picking out the little cupcakes and stuff provides a similar stimulus to nail biting and is weirdly satisfying and it’s pleasant to stretch etc.What I have found though is it’s very drying on my hands. And any hand cream or whatever is basically a solvent for it so if you moisturise your hands and use it your hands are quickly coated in a gooey mess.

1. Extremely overpriced for what it is.2. The aim of the game is to find 6 animal faces - in one tin there were only 5 & in the other tin there was not a single animal.3. Although there is a warning on the tin about the putty sticking to clothes/furnishings, it does & it ruins said items. We have a marked sofa & some ruined brand new shorts. That’s with a 7 year old too so I dread to think what would happen with a 3 year old.4. Kids got bored very quickly.5. Don’t buy this product. Waste of money.
