3-17-2020You will not find any better customer service. I took a chance and submitted a concern relative to an issue with one of the cartridges (3/20). I received a reply the next morning, one and a half years after the purchase date. They were very prompt and replaced the cartridge without question. I will continue purchase from this company.Following the initial installation, performance was very good. After about a month of use the black printing remained consistent, but the color printing is fair and poor on some occasions. Print closer to the edge is lighter than print in the middle, the color is not consistent across the page with some streaking.

I needed new toner for my HP LaserJet MFP M277dw and really didn't want to pay the ridiculous amount of $80 per toner for an OEM HP brand so I thought I would give these a shot. I was a little worried since every review that I read about non-HP brands warned that you could get a potential booting/initialization error.-Packages arrived in good condition with each toner packaged within its own box within the main box. The individual toners themselves were wrapped in a sealed yellow plastic cover with foam ends.-The instructions were simple but straightforward and thorough and just in case your printer did error they included some common troubleshooting steps to help resolve this. I did not have this error, my printer excepted them right of the bad with good print quality.If you are looking for an alternative to paying the $300+ for HP brand toners, these are a good bet. As long as these continue to perform well I will be purchasing them again when new toner is needed.

I replaced all of the cartridges, after about 2 months, the black cartridge started leaving black smudges on every page. I ran several cleaning cycles to no avail.EDIT:Seller contacted me and sent me a set of replacement cartridges. So far they work great.

Worked great for a while, but then started spitting out splotches, hope it isn't damaging my printer. Why can't anyone make toner that work and doesn't cost and arm and a leg over manufacturing cost. Wonder if they have a warranty and will resolve my issue?

Our HP printer was running low on ink & we found these. They are a great value vs. HP branded ink. Super easy to install (just like the HP branded ink we bought previously). Printouts look just as good as the branded product. Seems to last a long time. Very glad we found this product, as we will reorder when we run low.

A bit more pricier than the first time, and that could be normal, but overall these cartridges are solid and keep my HP LaserJet Pro M252dw a happy camper. No loose ink or leaking on either of my orders. I use my machine regularly averaging maybe 10 to 20 pages a day so the chance that I'd have printing problems is always on my mind. But there's no doubt that this is a good printer too. The cartridges are different than the first set, but that's no big deal as long as they perform well, which they do. I have had some bad experiences with inkjets compatibles in the past, but for my first laser color printer everything is great. Highly recommended.

I have had problems with non HP toner in the past but the cost difference was enough for me to try GPC. I received the package yesterday and opened the box. The cartridges were boxed and wrapped as I would expect from HP. Installation was the same as I would do with HP. I did open the toner drawer and unplug the printer as I changed the cartridges then plugged it back in when I finished. Once powered up, I closed the drawer and the display came up that they were not HP. I clicked the check mark and the printer accepted the toner. The print quality seems to be identical to HP. I wont know if the lifetime is the same, I'll post an update if they fail prematurely. All in all, I am very pleased with GPC!

This used to be a great and cost effective replacement cartridge for my hp printer. Ordered it for years, but the most recent order was leaking black toner all over my papers only a week after installing it. Tried to clean it off a few times, didn't work. Used the trouble shooting guide they provided - no change. Sent an email to the company through the amazon website. No reply. Too bad. Had a good run. Will be searching for another company now.
